Contrary to popular belief that you cannot reduce fat with strength training, you should not underestimate the value of weightlifting on the way to your dream body. Strength and cardio training can be combined for a great whole body workout. Muscles are fat eaters. The more muscles you have, the more calories you burn even when resting.

Take on the weights and say goodbye to cellulite and that wobbly belly! When burning fat, the sections of skin above the fat need to be tightened through muscle building. We especially recommend the guided movements on our multigyms for beginners. That way, you won’t need to concentrate as much on balancing when using free weights and you can quickly get used to higher levels of exertion.
